Return Policy
At Levita Active, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be clean, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and intact.

Proof of purchase (order number and name) must be provided.
Please note:

If the item is visibly stretched, marked, or shows signs of wear that make it unsuitable for resale, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all change-of-mind or sizing returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Levita Active will cover the return shipping cost and send out a replacement or issue a full refund.

We are happy to exchange sizes if stock is available. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if unworn and with hygiene stickers intact, unless deemed faulty.
